Blurb: I’m an independent woman. I’ve learned never to ask for help. I’ve been on my own for years. Until my sister leaves me to take care of my niece. If only they had left her in my capable hands. Instead, I share custody with him. Infamous billionaire, Tucker Decker. He likes his relationships casual and free of commitment. Family ties are at the bottom of his list. He’s ruthless, impulsive, cold-hearted, and hot as sin. But when it comes to his former bandmates, he’d do anything for them. Tragedy demands sacrifice. We’re forced to move-in together to care for my niece. He has to learn that there’s more to life than money. I need to learn how to trust...and how to love. But when the ghosts of our past come back to haunt us, can we survive them and each other?

She lives in Denver, Colorado with her husband and her youngest two children. She has a sweet Bichon, Macey, who thinks she’s the ruler of the house. She’s only partially right. When Claudia is not writing, you can find her reading, knitting, or just hanging out with her family. At night, I like to binge-watch s shows with his equal geek husband.

Review: The Winter Baby by Rhonda McKnight
Title: The Winter Baby
Author: Rhonda McKnight
Genre: Christian/Inspirational Fiction
Rating: 💜💜💜💜💜
About the Book:
An unexpected road trip. Angry emotions. A recipe for the perfect storm…
Clyde Stowe is a reformed bachelor turned devoted boyfriend, but when Kim Haynes refuses to break her vow of celibacy their romance ends. An unexpected road trip forces them together where angry unresolved emotions push them even further apart. What they don’t expect is for nature to intervene in ways they aren’t prepared for.
Kim made it through Hurricane Katrina, but is she strong enough to survive this storm? Can Clyde find the courage to turn back to the God he abandoned long ago? And will Tamar and Stephen survive them both?
My Review:
Man, It took me a minute to get my thoughts together after reading this book. Rhonda has a way of showing just how caring and amazing God is. She always shows how real God is and how he cares for us, even though we feel all hope is lost. You can always see God and his faithfulness in each and every story, and this one is no exception. An amazing read with real life situations, and an on time Heavenly Father, that truly cares for us

The best of 2019 in Books. My top 30
Anyone that has done a list like this knows the difficult task of deciding which books to include. And when you've read over 350 (388 to be exact) that makes it even more difficult. There was no way I could stop only at 10, and if you're book is not on this list, It's not because I didn't like it, I could only include so many books. As hard as it was, I was able to narrow it down to 30. I am happy to say several of them are new or newish authors, so that's refreshing to see. And Here they are in no particular order.
1) One Night In Georgia by Celeste O. Norfleet
2) Love Me Again by Danyelle Scroggins
You can tell by reading this book, as well as her other books that they're totally inspired by God
https://amzn.to/2N9kPbP
3) Pose by Niko Michelle
This was such an inspiring and emotional read.
https://amzn.to/2uqVnYB
4) The Preying Pastor by B. Love
Although it's about a Pastor, It's definately not Christian Fiction, but a great read nonetheless
https://amzn.to/2s4RLL6
5) Mema's Pretty LIttle Black Girls by Sherabim Joy
Christian fiction, but such an emotional and inspiring read
https://amzn.to/2TbDYNQ
6) V. Is for Villanious by Danielle Allen
